If you’re looking to start or improve your fitness journey, our fitness classes are here to support you every step of the way. Led by physiotherapist and trainer Luke Galea, our group sessions are designed for all fitness levels – whether you’re just starting out or looking to push your limits.

Classes are held every Thursday at 6:30 PM and Saturday at 8:00 AM, offering a fun, motivating atmosphere to help you stay consistent.

All you need is water, a towel, and a positive attitude – leave the rest to us!
